Our CV team continues to grow…

Four new people have joined the Community Ventures team in various roles across our expanded portfolio of businesses:

Peter Jones, Area General Manager, looking after our East Midlands portfolio. Prior to joining Community Ventures Pete has fourteen years in senior management within private and public sector organisations and prior to that 27 years as an army officer, where he served in numerous operational, training and administrative appointments in both command and staff roles. Peter will look after our four LIFTCos across the East Midlands, responsible for the development and delivery of estate related Partnering Services and projects to our clients.

David Witney, Area General Manager, looking after our South Yorkshire portfolio. Prior to joining Community Ventures Dave has fifteen years in senior management, with extensive experience in PPP management in both residential and commercial / health sectors, working with national housing developers on large scale regeneration and housing PFI. Dave will look after our two LIFTCos across South Yorkshire, responsible for the development and delivery of estate related Partnering Services, with twenty-seven health and social care Hubs under management.

Ian Hallett, Senior Project Manager, managing the delivery and governance process of the NHS England ETTF (Estate Transformation and Technology Fund) funding scheme. Prior to joining Community Ventures Ian has over thirty years managing the development and building processes, successfully delivering projects across a variety of sectors. Working alongside GPs, Acute Mental Health teams, Community Services teams and private healthcare providers such as Nuffield Health and Spire. Ian will lead and coordinate design teams and contractors on behalf of our clients, liaising with Local Authorities, healthcare and community providers, inputting into feasibility studies, appraisals, OBCs and PIDs to delivery outcomes for the success of the ETTF programme.

Jonathan Baldock, Senior Project Manager, working across our extended portfolio. Prior to joining Community Ventures John has developed a successful career in construction management, progressing initially from a joinery trade background, working through all levels of site and contract management. John has delivered a broad range of successful and profitable new build and major refurbishment projects within the social housing and education sectors. Jon will oversee our programme of estates management projects across our portfolio, coordinating between contractors, consultants and key stakeholders for the design development, contract variations, commissioning and delivery processes of a variety of projects.
