Community Ventures Group is proud to add the achievement of the Customer Service Excellence Standard to our brand. With the addition of the Hallmark to our current achievements of Investors in People Silver and ISO 9001:2008, Community Ventures are proud that our customer centred services have been recognised.

Centre for Assessment, the assessor body, said: “Evidence reviewed during the process indicated a very strong partnership ethos, a strong commitment to customer service and a loyal and committed workforce. Customers commented that staff are ‘proactive, polite and courteous, deliver on their promises and keep people informed’.”
