Integrated Property Partnerships

Integrated Property Partnerships Limited (IPPL)

Formed in 2010, Integrated Property Partnerships Limited (iPP) has been established to create a new style of sustainable partnership with the NHS and its partners specifically focused on providing development, investment and estate management expertise into health-related infrastructure.

IPP is a partnership between Community Solutions and Community Ventures who as independent organisations are market leaders in property development and management of NHS estates. As Integrated Property Partnerships we feel our combined skills and wealth of experience enable use to develop and deliver challenging asset solutions whilst keeping partnership working at the core of our principles.

We are able to offer NHS Foundation Trusts a Joint Venture (JV) model which, through realising value in existing owned estate, provides access to alternative sources of funding to facilitate improvements to their estate, securing fit-for-purpose accommodation which matches the future service models needed.

Our mission

Our mission is to realise value out of existing assets to enable our NHS partners the ability to realise therapeutic environments which enhance the health and well-being of patients and staff, and which are flexible and adaptable in meeting changing service needs.

What do we offer?

Our approach is founded on a strong partnership ethos and developing strategic alliances with both private and public sector partners. Working together we can help you create an innovative, strategic solution utilising the JV model as promoted by the Department of Health in the 'Transforming Community Services' paper.

As a limited company we can offer long-term partnerships through bringing innovation, creativity and experience in strategic planning, development, property and commercial skills. This can involve using our skills and experience in supporting organisations' to develop a strategic approach to estate ownership and management. This may also include the provision of serviced accommodation; reconfiguration of existing accommodation; attracting occupants or commercial opportunities to make future developments financially viable and realising the maximum value of surplus estate.

We do this by creating a Joint Venture which can offer:

  • Additional resources,
  • Access to specialised technical knowledge,
  • Increased capacity, and
  • New solutions to financial constraints.

Proven track record

Community Ventures and Community Solutions are already engaged in 9 long-term public private partnerships with the NHS. We have developed, invested in and now manage in excess of £330 million of NHS assets, ranging from GP surgeries, Head Office accommodation and Joint Service Centres to Community Hospitals.

We are active long-term investors in health and social care, delivering leading edge award winning facilities and complimentary third-party services.

Measuring our success

Independently we have won over 10 national awards for our work, these have included: Partnership of the Year, Community Regeneration; Community Engagement; Added Value and Design Excellence to name but a few.

However we do not judge our success by the number of awards we achieve, but how we impact on clients local community, therefore, we were particularly pleased to observe school children queuing to use the free internet access in the new library in Denaby (Doncaster), one of the first services of its kind in the area.

What makes us different?

A key difference between us and other development company's, are our common values with the public sector partners with whom we work coupled with our commitment to establishing and maintaining a long-term partnership.

IPP's aim is providing support to our partners in the public sector by implementing sustainable change in order to improve the lasting prospects of local communities. We can only achieve this by conducting our activities in a socially responsible manner.
