Primaria (Leeds) Limited is a company formed by Miller (Leeds) Limited and Barclay Private Equity in the order of the following proportional contributions:
Miller (Leeds) Ltd: 50%
Barclay Private Equity: 50%
Miller (Leeds) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Miller Group Limited.
Barclay Private Equity is a division of Barclays European Infrastructure Fund.
Community Health Partnerships - 20%
Community Health Partnerships are a joint venture company wholly owned by Department of Health
Leeds Public Sector - 20%
Leeds Public Sector's 20% equity is split in the following proportions;
NHS Leeds: 83.5%
Leeds City Council:16.5%
