The Board is constituted of three Directors from the Private Sector Partner, one Director from Community Health Partnerships and one Director representing all of the Public Sector shareholders together with a Company Secretary and an independent Chair. Regular Company Board meeting take place to review the company's performance against plan together with regular Strategic Partnering Board meetings (at which we have a representative), where our performance to its stakeholders is reviewed.
