The programme was a 33 week construction period, in line with the requirements and timescales set by DfES, who had an expectation the new facility would be complete by March 2006.
The construction commenced in August 2005, and progressed well, reaching Practical Completion on programme, and handing the completed building to the Leeds City Council Sure Start team on 18th March 2006.
