From articulating your requirement, through developing a plan for delivery, to managing a project through to completion, our specialists will take on the work to make sure all stakeholders inform each and every step of the process so you can concentrate on your core activities. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
We can work with you to ensure that your vision becomes a practical plan to deliver your project. We’ll create a detailed plan around timings, budgets, funding constraints and stakeholders to bring together a plan that works, and delivers a high quality project on time and to budget.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Delivering a project takes specialist expertise, and you might not have either the capability or capacity to take this on in-house. This is where we come in, with our skilled and experienced team ready and willing to take on your project and work with you and your stakeholders to bring it to fruition.
Whether you want us to appoint a project manager to manage the full project from inception to completion, or whether you just need us to pick up a specific task, such as writing a business case, we’re here to help you. You’ll still have overall control of your project, but we’ll act as your eyes, ears and voice on a day-to-day basis to ensure the result meets your goals.
PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT
If you have multiple projects to deliver, we’re here to help you work out how. We’ll identify the outputs you need to deliver and any limiting budget, funding and time factors, and we’ll work with you and other stakeholders to develop a programme to deliver your aspirations.
Splitting a project into bitesize chunks makes each project more attainable, and our programme plan will do just that, allowing you to understand the critical aspects without becoming bogged down in the detail. The plan will show how you and other stakeholders can deliver the programme to the right quality, on time and to budget. Working with your for the long-term, we’ll know your organisation and objectives inside out, become part of your team.
PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Managing multiple projects or outputs within an overall programme is a challenge, but we have the experience and expertise to manage and support the delivery of any size of programme.
We’ll ensure all elements of the programme mesh as they should, not least in obtaining the necessary approvals, engaging with key stakeholders, dealing with unexpected challenges and managing both time and budget. We’ll act for you, making sure your programme is delivered to meet, and where possible exceed, the expectations of all stakeholders.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Effective stakeholder engagement is key to the successful delivery of all projects and programmes, and this engagement is embedded in the development and delivery of anything we work on.
We can also support you with stakeholder engagement in projects or programmes you are managing yourself, ensuring stakeholders are working with you to achieve your goals.
