Community Ventures are pleased to announce that they have recently been assessed as meeting the requirements of the Investors in People (IIP) standard. The assessor was quoted saying 'the organisation has defined very strong values which underpin its activities... it has a strong emphasis on social responsibility within it's plans which is reflected in the personal values held by the individuals employed'.

Chief Executive, Nigel Fenny says 'it is a honour to be recognised as an 'Investor in People' organisation, it is credit to the people working at Community Ventures and gives us assurance that the team we have are ready for the challenges which the future brings'.
