Joint Service Centres Reach Financial Close

After months of hard work, the latest tranche of LIFT schemes have reached Financial Close.

The two Joint Service Centres at Chapeltown and Harehills successfully reached Financial Close on Friday 12th June 2009, with both NHS Leeds and Leeds City Council entering into contractual agreements with Community Ventures Leeds Ltd to deliver what will be the 10th and 11th buildings under the LIFT programme within the city of Leeds.

Work on site will commence shortly, with the expectation that the new health and social care facilities will be operational late 2010 / early 2011.
