The Board
The Board is made up of two main shareholders, Primaria and the senior management team. Primaria is the investment vehicle shareheld by Miller and Barclays Private Equity, each owning 50% of the Company.
In Management Co Primaria own 90% of the shares, with the other 10% being held by the senior management team, with the Chief Executive appointed as a Board Director.
The Board of Directors is made up from two Primaria Director and the Chief Executive, with a non-executive Director and a non-voting independent Chair.
